Depending on the region you look at, anywhere from 20-90% of the population has a vitamin D deficiency. Either supplement or get some sunshine!

@franz this is true. Especially now that everyone is inside the deficiency will increase unfortunately. So yeah get some sun. Even 15 minutes is enough. Make sure hands and legs are free from clothes and enjoy.


@oros it's all about masks and "vaccines" but nobody ever dares to mention that a lot of people are leading a terribly unhealthy life. Is there any statistic considering cases (and severity) in relation with overall health of the individual?

By any measure, most do no exercise, sleep too little, consume huge amounts of sugar and are lacking essential vitamins.
